Beautification | Anti-Litter | Code Enforcement Educational Literature
The beautification committee plans to reach out to school leaders (private and public) in the Pine Hills community to share and discuss ideas related to educational anti-litter and beautification literature. Initiatives include an anti-litter coloring book and environmental preservation brochure. The committee plans to continue its partnership with the UFCF FLUITES integrating ideas for local schools.
Yard of the Month supports the beautification and upkeep of homes and surrounding areas in the community. We are looking to continue the success of this initiative by featuring more beautifully landscaped homes in the Pine Hills community.
Adopt-A-Highway is a project that is gaining recognition and much success! We will continue to expand cleanup efforts on streets and major corridors in the community through increased volunteer recruitment, community participation, and engagement in monthly cleanup activities hosted by the Pine Hills Community Council.

Anti-Litter Codes And Ordinances
Anti-Litter Codes and Ordinances are laws that have been established and implemented and serve as a guide to help individual(s), residents, and businesses, private or public, know and understand regulations pertaining to litter control. The Pine Hills Community Council (PHCC) and members of the PHCC Anti-Litter and Beautification Committee strongly believe in the anti-litter ordinances set forth by Orange County, Florida. We also believe that by continuing to share this important information with the community can assist individual(s) and organizations with cleanup. Here we share anti-litter codes as referenced in ARTICLE III. – LITTER CONTROL | Code of Ordinances | Orange County, FL | Municode Library.
