Dr. Latanya Nichols
Dr. Latanya Nichols is an educational practitioner who believes in developing and cultivating collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders to maximize expected performance outcomes and results. She has over 17 years of experience working extensively in a large urban public school system with a diverse background ranging from classroom teacher to senior administrative level at the district office. A compilation of 29 years of corporate and educational leadership experiences have nutured a forward thinking service leader who believes in service oriented change and community growth. She has a strong passion for student and adult learner development and believes all learners can learn skills and strategies to improve or enhance growth overtime.
Dr. Nichols has extensive experience and background in data analysis reporting, data management and visualization, grant writing, leadership development, assessment literacy, progress monitoring, performance-based compensation, and school improvement planning and organization. She is honored and humbled to serve and share her experiences and expertise with a growing and thriving community.
