Sandra M. Fatmi-Hall
President
Sandra Fatmi-Hall was elected to serve as the President of the Pine Hills Community Council. Sandra has served in various capacities on the council and has held almost every position including several terms as president. Sandra is the Founder and Executive Director of the United Foundation of Central Florida, Inc.
Dr. Latanya Nichols
First Vice President
Dr. Latanya Nichols is an educational practitioner who believes in developing and cultivating collaborative working relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders to maximize expected performance outcomes and results.
Melissa Service
Second Vice President
Melissa Service was elected to serve the Pine Hills Community Council as the Second Vice President. Melissa is a licensed real estate agent.
Bertina Busch
Secretary
Bertina Busch is Former Editor and Publisher of the Pine Hills Press, now in its 24th year. She sits on many local boards, including the Evans High School Community School Advisory Council, Pine Hills Seniors, Pine Hills Safe Neighborhood Partnership and the Pine Hills Community Council. Council President twice, Busch has served the Council in various capacities for over 25 years.
Evangeline Richardson
Treasurer
Evangeline Richardson is a native Floridian and has resided in Pine Hills, Florida for the past 32 years.
Community For more than twenty-five years she continues to work in her community serving on a local community board (Pine Hills Community Council Board, Treasure ) and Vice Chairperson, Orange County Community Action Board.

Noel Martin
Trustee (3)
Noel Martin Noel Martin’s first job was a computer technician in Kingston, Jamaica in 1973. His natural skills and ability to work with people enabled him to be a senior supervisor for all the company’s technicians in the entire island in a very short time. Noel migrated to the United States in 1983. Noel previously served as First Vice President.
Pastor Joseph Boston
Trustee (2)
Pastor Joey Boston is a native of Chicago Illinois. He attended Bible college at Evangel University in Springfield, Mo. After attending Evangel he served at Southside Tabernacle Worship Center in Chicago for 13 years as youth Pastor, Minister of music, and Evangelism coordinator. October of 2016 became the Lead Pastor of Living His Word Church.
Dennis Hall

Dennis Hall is currently serving as Trustee on the 2023 Board of Directors for the Pine Hills Community Council. He has been a board member for over 15 years, and has served in the position as Treasurer for several years.

Erica Atterbury was elected to serve as a Director-At-Large for the Pine Hills Community Council, Inc.
Dr. Idler Bonhomme
Director-At-Large
Dr. Idler Bonhomme (Dr. B) is a native of Gonaives, Haiti, a proud son, brother, father to an eight-year-old boy, bonus father to a twelve-year-girl, fiancé, and a friend to many. He is also a founding member of the Haitian American Association of Brevard, President of the Greater Haitian American Chamber of Commerce (GHACC)-Orlando, and a member of other nonprofit organizations.
Ken Dwyer
Director-At-Large
Kenneth J. Dwyer has elected and served as President of Pine Hills Community Council for six teams at different years; my duties gave me the opportunity to work with our 2 County Commissioners for the Pine Hills area. Ken serves on the board for the Pine Hills Safe Neighborhood Partnership. Ken received a degree Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH.
Julien Serrano-O’Neil, B.A.
Director-At-Large
Julien Serrano-O’Neil was elected to serve the Pine Hills Community Council as a Director-At-Large. Julien has been a member of the council since he was a student at Evans high school. He is the Second Vice President of the United Foundation of Central Florida, Inc. Julien is a Member of the Delta Xi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Immediate Past President
Patricia Rumph is the Immediate Past President of the Pine Hills Community Council, serving from 2019 – 2022. Patricia has held several other positions on the council over the years.
