The mission of the Pine Hills Education Committee is to empower, educate and unite the community by providing opportunities for changed behavior and lifelong learning, which lead to enhanced quality of life.

Scholarship and Civic Engagement Award Opportunities

Annual Tulie Phillips Scholarship
Each year a $500.00 scholarship is awarded to two graduating seniors of Maynard Evans High School.

Student Civic Engagement Award
Each school semester, an outstanding freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior from a public or private high school within Orange County will be awarded the Pine Hills Community Council Student Civic Engagement Award.
