Kenneth Dwyer: 


Dinam T. Bigny: Dinam T. Bigny has a remarkable record of leadership in for profit and non profit organizations.

Committed to helping the development of the local neighborhood, he believes in carrying one stone at a time to build strong foundations in the pyramid of the community. He is an aviation professional in in-flight entertainment systems with JetBlue Airways at their LiveTV Operations, having held offices in maintenance, logistics, program management, and inspection since relocating to Orlando and joining the company in 2004.

In addition to his current role, he serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Haitian American Chamber of Commerce as Vice President. As a past Secretary of the Central Florida Urban League Young Professionals, his strategic direction and commitment to expanding opportunity within the Central Florida region provided a platform for community development projects, such as the KaBoom! Green Initiative and health awareness projects for the Young Professionals during National Day of Service that align with the National Urban League’s goal to CHANGE LIVES and EMPOWER COMMUNITIES.

Bigny speaks five languages and holds a Master’s in Project Management and a Master’s in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. He is a recipient of the prestigious Federal Aviation Administration Diamond and Bronze Awards.


Sandra Fatmi 


Bertina Busch:  Publisher and Co-owner of the Pine Hills Press, Busch has lived in Pine Hills for over 30 years. She sits on many local boards, is a grant writer and enjoys public speaking.  PHCC President twice, Busch has served the Council in various capacities.  She has as BA, BSN, and MSHS in Health Administration. She is currently active in her church, sings with the Pine Hills Singers, and has 5 children, 11 grandchildren. 


Alex Lewis :  Originally from Nigeria, West Africa ,  Alex has traveled and lived in many countries around the world.  For the last 15 years,  she has chosen to make Orlando, FL her home.  Alex is passionate about helping teens and young adults succeed through education and building a better community for the future.  She is a foster parent and educator currently teaching in the area.


Dennis HallDennis Hall retired after working 22 years with Con Edison in New York. He relocated to Orlando and is involved in various community volunteer services.  Dennis is currently an active Board Member on the Caribbean Advisory Board and is a past President of the Jamaican American Association of Central Florida, Inc., where he previously served as Vice President, Entertainment Chairperson and Treasurer.  Hall is also a past President of the Hiawassee Oaks HOA and organized the Hiawassee OC Sheriff’s ‘Citizen on Patrol programHe has been a member of the PHCC for many years and has served as Board/Trustee member. On January 7th 2014, he was officially appointed Treasurer for the PHCC, a position he held in New York and in Jamaican American Association of Central Florida. He is married with three daughters, one son and three granddaughters.




Noel Busch: Principal organizer of eight regional bankers’ banks throughout the U.S. and served as Chairman/CEO of two Bankers’ Banks for a total of 25 years service, subsequently performing consulting services for more than 1000 banks over a span of thirteen years.  Managed twelve local, state and national trade and professional associations.  He also conducted employee assessments and leadership training for managers of regional hospitals and banks, plus a worldwide technology company. He is co-owner of Pine Hills Press; serves on a fourteen-state diocesan council of the Orthodox Church in America; and chairs his parish council. Noel has a MA degree; he is active in family entrepreneurial initiatives; and enjoys his family of five (and grandchildren) with wife, Bertina

Gabrielle ‘Gabby’ Joseph:  Gabby Joseph is a professional Early Learning Child Development Associate that has worked with Head Start and as a Provider Services Specialist at the Early Learning Coalition of Orange County.  She teaches Sunday School at the Eben-Ezer Haitian Baptist Church.  Gabby moved to Pine Hills in 2007 and is an active member of the Council serving as a Board Trustee.

Kea Cherfrere: (Pine Hills Neighborhood Improvement District)

Myra Johnson: Myra Johnson has been the Broker-Owner of M J Estate, Inc. since 1992 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1985.  Prior to that she worked for 25 years with the Federal Civil Service.  She is a graduate of Florida Southern College.  Myra is a member of the Pine Hills Community Council since 2009 and is a founding Merchant in the Shop Pine Hills card program.  She is active in Orange County’s anti-litter campaign and  “adopt-a-highway” programs.

Daniel W Vanhorn: (Evans High School)



Evangeline ‘Van’ Richardson: Richardson is a native Floridian, living in Pine Hills for 28 years.  She started with Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) 23 years ago first as a classroom teacher and now is an Assistant Principal.  She is a married mother of 5 children and 10 grandchildren.   Van is active in her church,  through the KNEC ministry, directs the Praise Choir and promotes Pine Hills through her 20 years of service as a PHCC member and work on the Executive Board
